You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request an exchange or return, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code .

Defective products or products that differ from the order can be claimed within this period.

The product must be unused , in its original packaging and with all accessories or gifts.

Products damaged by misuse or without the original packaging cannot be exchanged or returned.

If the product is defective or has been sent incorrectly, please contact our team immediately.

Alquiverde is responsible for shipping costs for replacement or return in these cases.
📌 4. Exchange for regret

If you cancel your purchase without a defect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The refund will be made after receipt and inspection of the product .

The amount paid will be refunded using the same method used for purchase, within 10 business days after confirmation of return of the product.
