  • You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request an exchange or return, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code .

  • Defective products or products that differ from the order can be claimed within this period.

  • The product must be unused , in its original packaging and with all accessories or gifts.

  • Products damaged by misuse or without the original packaging cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Alquiverde is responsible for shipping costs for replacement or return in these cases.


📌 4. Exchange for regret

  • If you cancel your purchase without a defect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • The refund will be made after receipt and inspection of the product .


📌 5. Refund

  • The amount paid will be refunded using the same method used for purchase, within 10 business days after confirmation of return of the product.

  • Original delivery shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of product error or defect.
